PMC ALL STAR Spotlight: Maddox!

Maddox recently finally got his Bioness!  We couldn't be more excited for him! Maddox has had difficulty picking his toes up when he walks, which causes him to trip and fall multiple times a day. The Bioness (which is a  functional electrical stimulation (FES) system) helps him activate the muscles he needs to clear his foot and he was able to consistently heel strike for the first time ever with it!

Maddox was so happy with his new device he just kept clapping and yelling "yay" while running all around the clinic without falling FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER!!! We are so happy for Maddox and can't wait to see what's next for him now that he is moving so much better!

Keep up the great work, Maddox.  You're PMC family is cheering you on!
